This place is awesome ! JUSTIN in service is a kind person ! He took the time out to attend to my needs and assist me. You hardly find places that will help you will concerns . I needed my gaps to my wheels replaced because it was removed by the mechanic and never put back on after the work. He stated he would call me back the following business day and he DID it. Plus he ordered me new caps with no charge . THANKS JUSTIN! Garden state you have my business

Avoid this place. I’ve given this establishment multiple chances as I live close by for oil changes, tires, etc. & every experience has been horrible.
Most employees are lazy!!! I was standing waiting to be helped and people at the front desk were on their phones! Myself and the next person in line were so confused. Less than pleasant customer service.
& what’s the point of scheduling an appointment for service if they still make you wait 90+ minutes. Ridiculous!

I recently had an issue with the engine light blinking and my car stalling. I was referred to GS Honda Service. Mr Rohit and his team took great care to thoroughly assess the problem. Happy to back on the road! I am very pleased with their service and I highly recommend!

Scheduled appointment 1 month ahead for a recall. Get there, wait in car 10 mins. They took the car. Wait 10 mins to be called at the window. They tell me part won't be in till September or maybe October. I asked why didn't someone call me? What if I took off work to do this? No answer no help. So now I gotta flag down the valet to get my car back and wait 10 more mins. Don't go here. They don't care about you or your car they want money and lie, cheat and steal. $179.00 to get an inspection to confirm a recall from Honda so I can get my part? Nah bro I'm never going here AGAIN.
