When I went to this store at 8:47 pm they closed the door in my face, there were more people coming in to buy and supposedly the hours on the door say they close at 9, I think that was not a correct action for a customer

The store is a mess and they only had the front end manager with one employee on a weekend which is the busiest time for that store. It was crazy with two long lines. And not enough help to help take care of all the customers.

Be careful and Please do not leave your belongings, valuables... unattended.
This dollar tree is okay and could be better.
There's when going at this particular DT, the staff has been friendly and helpful. The aisles are relatively neat and if you are seeking an item that isn't on the shelf, the associate offers to give advice on when it may arrive or if it's in the storage area.
Shelves were rather sparse of merchandise. If effort is shown to restock then that would help to have on shelves.
Please clean up the place and be more organized, and more people will come.

This store was good when it first opened up in this area, now it's truly the worst, gotta go looking for someone to check you out at that register and the shelves are basically empty and it's not because customers are buying everything, it's just not stuff there anymore, my rating for this location is ??.

After coming to this store. All the boxes were leaning over. Trashed up looks like a mess and god help us in the city of passaic with the large rat that passed by my foot earlier today. This place is still infested with rats still. Im not making up lies either. Idk how a health inspector in passaic can just walk pass the smell of rat and piss and think the store is fine. I’m beyond bothered how the store never has anything on the shelves when all its product stays in the backroom. Once again just a honest review of someone who lives not to far from here this is the last place anyone goes to look for anything because there is never anything to find

Accused my friend of stealing candy when we did no such thing. We were paying at checkout and the manager/worker in charge pointed at my friend and went “Also pay for the candy you put in your bag.” She showed him her bag because she didn’t have any candy stashed in there and bought everything she had. Then when she didn’t have anything, he pointed at me and said “No, her.” And when I clearly didn’t have anything in my bag, and paid for my things, he continued to stand by the door as we left ? Literally we didn’t even buy candy either so I don’t know where he got candy from.

manager accused me of stealing candy when i was online paying ? then when i showed him my empty bag he accused my friend of stealing whatever he thought was stolen. we didn’t even buy candy and i’m diabetic i can’t even eat it
