05/5/23: 2:48 PM, I just came out of the Dollar Tree from this location to tried to exchanged two items,because they do not reimbursed the money to the customer if you make a mistake and buy the wrong item you won’t be reimbursed your money however the “so called manager” from this location was very rude…I mean very rude !!to me as a customer and I won’t be back anytime soon..????

The staff in this location are extremely slow and rude. I go in the store and all the workers are in a circle sitting on the floor like they’re kids. Then to top it off the cashier was so rude rolled her eyes when we approached the register and was literally smoking her vape and on the phone while working. Disrespectful and terrible customer service definitely losing customers.

I always had good experiences in this store until today when my 2-year-old daughter started crying because she was fighting with her sister over something silly. but the cashier went to the microphone and “shhhh” my daughter, then when I was looking at her she started to challenge me and ask “can I help you” “can I help you” In an arrogant and provocative way. Since I am a woman who does not allow herself to be provoked by ignorant people without education, I preferred to ignore her. I tried to call and speak to the manager but I wasn’t able to contact him/her my only intention with this review is to let the store know that they need to hire professional employees if not you guys are going to lose customers

Store # 7958 on Van Houten Ave, Passaic, NJ. 5 stars for Ronnie. I needed a lot of help.Ronnie was outstanding & helped me find everything. She was very busy, but stopped unpacking things to help me. I love Ronnue, she deserves a raise.Now, on to Clara, the cashier. She was pleased to see every customer. Fast service at checkouteven with a long line. Clara deserves a raise too.What a pleasure to shop here. Love this store. ❤️

I needed to make an exchange and the cashier was not sure how to proceed with the transaction so she asked a co worker who couldn't hear her because she was wearing headphones. So she called the manager overhead. The manager was extremely annoyed let out a big sigh and dragged her feet to the register. The cashier told the manager she was sorry to bother her and explained why she needed her assistance, the manager just looked at me as if she was waiting on an explanation but never asked me anything. I gave her the reason for my exchange she checked the item and receipt gave the girl instructions and walked off. It's a shame that the manager feels that doing her job is bother and to display that in front of a customer is the epitome of rude!

Cashiers or workers were no where to be found after i stood at a lit up register for 5+ minutes. Assuming it was a manager i spoke to, they didn’t seem to be moving with any sense of urgency once notified.
