Horrible experience. Prices are not the same as the ones listed on their website, if you call they’ll tell you the same web price, but in person they add “dealer fees” which added $6000 to the listed price. The general manager was rude and trying to rip me off. Don’t travel to this dealership or they will try to take advantage of the fact that you drove far.

By far the worst experience with a dealership. If you are interested in purchasing a car from out of state I highly recommend you do not do business with this place. I was interested in a 2022 BMW M4. They ran my credit, never gave me any numbers. Constantly told me they were under staffed. Told me everyday for a week and half that they don’t have numbers for me and that I would be hearing from the finance manager once my application is reviewed.One rep even told me I was pre approved and would get a call to finalize numbers. Never got a call. A week after running my credit and never calling, they sold the car to someone else . Then proceeded to tell me that people that are in state are higher priority than the out of state people. I would have loved to know that before they decided to run my credit. I’ve worked in the dealership business for 10 years. This is a slap in the face . SAVE YOURSELF AND GO ELSEWHERE

Don’t bother wasting your time with them. Their go to excuse is that they’re understaffed and they’re so sorry but it seems like this has been an issue for a long time. I requested more information on a vehicle I was highly interested in and it took them 4 days and they couldn’t then get back to me. I reached out multiple times during these 4 days. I called them again and again and finally all they told me is that the car is being sold. Great!!
