Horrible place to get your medication. My grandmother is going through chemotherapy and struggles to move around and every time I come here they have her wait at least 30 minutes and say it’s only 15.

I pulled up to the drive through at 1:10pm and I was the last car but yet once I pulled up to the window they pulled down the gate. How rude of them to do that knowing I was there before their lunch time and yet still didn’t take me. I have 2 infants in the car with me and now we are sitting here waiting, although I was here way before their lunch time!!! Not even a word from anyone telling me this is NOW there break time. This place has always been a TERRIBLE CVS, the workers here are just rude and always rush you, especially the Pharmacist! I definitely do not recommend this CVS, 394 Broadway in Passaic!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE PLACE AND WORKERS! Im referring to the pharmacy, not the store itself!!

Worst experience ever. I used them instead of my normal pharmacy in order to use the drive through after surgery . I came an hour after the doctor called it in, they were closed for lunch. Then the rx wasn’t ready. I came back 20 min after as instructed and they didn’t even ask for my insurance they gave me a total out of pocket. When I asked them if they have my insurance info they had no idea. Then they told me to come back AGAIN 20 min later so they could process the insurance. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service.

So sorry that our local CBS store is closing. But, at least the pharmacy is still open. We've gotten friendly, efficient, professional service from them for over 20 years.

they look for idiots to work here. its the only explanation. if there was another pharmacy close to me I would switch in a minute.
year after year of calling corporate about how UNBELIEVABLY STUPID they can be and nothing changes!!
This is people's LIVES we're talking about, not dry cleaning!!
I would move to another town to get away from them if I could.

Disgusting behavior from pharmacy.
Waited in line prior to closing time, and they shut the gate at 8:59 when supposed to close at 9.
Can't get a prescription to anywhere else now. Simply unbelievable, and wildly unethical.

Love this store on Broadway in Passaic, NJ. Have been a customer since their opening day. Used to be a gas station back in the 90’s. Love the older staff there, whenever they’re around, to chat with. Also, so convenient for me to walk to for my shopping needs. I always tell my friends about this spot. Kudos to this long standing store!

Pharmacists pretty helpful but seems to be understaffed. Often hard to get through on phone. Also, if you have kids and need drive through, expect to wait fifteen minutes plus as more often than not there is at least one with a complication in their order who takes at least ten minutes holding back all the other cars. Not sure if CVS can do anything to solve this issue but be aware it's the reality you need to plan for...haven't encountered this issue at other pharmacies though

I am enjoying CVS care pass, I usually don’t buy into these things but with the CVS care pass it’s definitely great savings. While picking up your prescriptions I don’t mind taking the time to see what CVS has to offer and with the promotions it’s a place where the place you can pick up things you need that you have not thought of with a great deal of savings.
