Worst experience ever. I used them instead of my normal pharmacy in order to use the drive through after surgery . I came an hour after the doctor called it in, they were closed for lunch. Then the rx wasn’t ready. I came back 20 min after as instructed and they didn’t even ask for my insurance they gave me a total out of pocket. When I asked them if they have my insurance info they had no idea. Then they told me to come back AGAIN 20 min later so they could process the insurance. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service.

So sorry that our local CBS store is closing. But, at least the pharmacy is still open. We've gotten friendly, efficient, professional service from them for over 20 years.

Disgusting behavior from pharmacy.
Waited in line prior to closing time, and they shut the gate at 8:59 when supposed to close at 9.
Can't get a prescription to anywhere else now. Simply unbelievable, and wildly unethical.

Love this store on Broadway in Passaic, NJ. Have been a customer since their opening day. Used to be a gas station back in the 90’s. Love the older staff there, whenever they’re around, to chat with. Also, so convenient for me to walk to for my shopping needs. I always tell my friends about this spot. Kudos to this long standing store!

Pharmacists pretty helpful but seems to be understaffed. Often hard to get through on phone. Also, if you have kids and need drive through, expect to wait fifteen minutes plus as more often than not there is at least one with a complication in their order who takes at least ten minutes holding back all the other cars. Not sure if CVS can do anything to solve this issue but be aware it's the reality you need to plan for...haven't encountered this issue at other pharmacies though

This CVS Location never has their parking lot lights on at night. Very dark and unsafe.

I am enjoying CVS care pass, I usually don’t buy into these things but with the CVS care pass it’s definitely great savings. While picking up your prescriptions I don’t mind taking the time to see what CVS has to offer and with the promotions it’s a place where the place you can pick up things you need that you have not thought of with a great deal of savings.

I want to say a very big thank you to the pharmacy staff here. My kids had two prescriptions that weren’t available anywhere else. I called ahead of time and told them I was running a few mins late and they stayed open for me to receive my prescription. It was already mixed by the time I got there. Huge thanks and great job!

I've been to this particular CVS in the past and it has been a mess. It has greatly improved in both service and cleanliness in the past year or so.

Pharmacy employees horrible!!!! Pharmacist wendy with nasty attitude and yells at customers with loud voice. all employees are very slow. line gets very long no one comes to help me get medication.
