I honestly feel disappointed by this supermarket. I moved to this city a month ago and I live across the street from that place. I've been buying there on several occasions and I really like it a lot. However, I was making video calls and sending photos to my partner so he could see the place and see if he could help me prepare a dish. However, an older, overweight man, who I always saw where they buy lottery tickets, approached me all upset and angry, pointing out that I was part of the competition and I came to take photos. He treated me very badly. I really felt very disappointed in this place. In fact, the night before, I took a friend to recommend that it's a good supermarket with a lot of variety and good prices. But now I feel disappointed. Even though I live across the street from this, I will never go back. What a bad experience with that man.

This place has the worst service ever. The staff, especially the cashiers, were gossiping and had a terrible attitude. It's safe to say it's my first and last time here. It's a shame because the whole point of working in customer service is to provide good service.?

Today my 75 year old mother went shopping at 8:10 am and the inhuman from box 1 named Kensy the hyson who packed everything and when my mother asked her if she didn't pack she answered that she didn't get paid for packing and much less people like her, my mother called the supposed manager and I heard her but my mother turned around laughing with her, I mean she was still making fun, I'm sure she's one of those who likes to grab the waist of all the girls who work and in order to keep them, they leave well, I am making this review so that this Kensey guy who told my mom that she didn't help people like her, which my mom is going to spend her money, no one gives it to her, comes to treat her like that, being a person over 75 years old and Be spoiled and disrespectful, let's see if it makes you a little bit embarrassed because that's not how you treat an older lady, a little more empathy please in this world.
