Extremely CONFUSING experience. Truckers if you’re ever delivering here, I just need to make somethings clear because the business won’t do so. These people Barely speak English and are pretty unprofessional except the one lady in the office and the forklift driver. Most of the employees will avoid eye contact with you and answer questions in fragments like they have no brain. Their unloading process is unlike any I’ve ever seen. Basically you approach the business from the corner of First St and Essex St. park in the curb of Essex St (as pictured) and they will unload you by forklift on the street. THERE IS NO DOCK. To get the unloading process started, first bring your paperwork into the office inside of the store. Then they will do the rest. Hope this helps.
