My daughter came to do laundry at 9:30pm. Asked if they were still open and they said yes. After she finished with the washer, the employee (a guy) approached her and asked her to clean the machine. When she asked why, because she didn’t dirty it with anything she only washed her clothes. He replied that he was starting to clean them but the least she could do was to clean hers because they were closing soon. This is ridiculous. She’s paying to use the machines. They are paying him to do his job. What is wrong with this employee. I was a regular at this place but stopped going because most of the employees are rude and now this. This place needs to seriously train it’s employees, unbelievable.

The service of the lady in charge is terrible, I told her that there were 20 sewing machines stopped and she replied, what do you want me to do, take out their clothes and help them fold them? She was rude, she has no service at all and another lady told her that the priority was the clients and her response is to tell me one thing and to tell you another. And he didn't care what we told him. This is not really loyalty to clients, one prefers to go further but be treated well, with respect because the lady who is here today treated us very badly. Terrible service ?

How is it you are an owner of a laundry mat but your laundry mat doesn’t provide hot water not even warm water for people to do their laundry. It only provides cold water all the money that’s paid here and you don’t have no hot water and I have a video that I will post showing that there is no hot water at all. If I didn’t look at the machine, I would not have been aware I’ve noticed that there’s no hot water running through. It would’ve been dry clothes just spinning. How is that possible? So much money you pay these machines but yet no hot water .

Terrible service from the person in charge there, she has preferences with clients, letting them use the washing machines that are supposedly for washing themselves and when I asked her to be able to wash in them, she told me that she is using them. Within minutes a woman arrives and she can wash in them. I told her because she could wash and she said that she had put them away.... her answer was illogical. I asked her to call the owner to find out if she was right, she called him but he never contacted me... a shame because I have More than 4 years washing there and the bad attitude of the manager passed her by but that seemed unfair to me...

I went to try out this laundromat for the first time and was astonished by the staff and the SMELL. First, two machines took my money and did not turn on. When I told the worker, they said there was nothing they could do about it and to try another. No refund was given even though they visibly saw it not work for me. Secondly, the smell is horrible! I got a whiff of mildew when I first walked in but shrugged it off... however when I opened the dryer it smelt like dirty sewage. I used 5 dryer sheets and my clothes still smell like fecal matter. When I asked the worker to speak to the owner, they told me he never comes around and doesn't take complaints. WORST LAUNDRY MAT EVER! Avoid at all costs.

Very disrespectful worker,I've been coming to bubbles laundromat for the longest. I usually come in the morning,as soon as they open, that's when it's the cleanest. And the employee who opened the laundromat on Thursday 6/22/23,had a very nasty attitude. Everyone has bad days but it wasn't necessary.
