HORRIBLE place my car was parked out front while I was inside shopping and they dropped a whole sale rag on it and now I have a HUGE scratch on my car and they did not want to pay or make themselves responsible for it !!!!

The worst job is the trashy boss they have in that store, you think the employees are her son, she speaks badly in front of them, she physically abuses the employees and verbally, apart from that, you explain the situation to the bosses. high and they cover it up and they do not report it to the office nor to the human resources department, they are all made up of the boss, the costumes live complaining so well about the bad treatment that the boss gives them in that store, it is terrible, it is not very polite at all. In respectful, very poorly educated and very rude to the employees and the costumes, always giving attitude to all the costumes and employees, the problems of her case she goes and pays for it in the store with the employees and the costumes, she does not know how to express it in any way. You don't know the labor laws, ordering illegal things to be done, such as ordering employees to be taxed on everything the boss says, she goes beyond the laws of this country, all because the higher bosses cover up everything she does in work but one day everything will come to light because here in this country the laws are respected

Hello , whoever is reading this , ive worked here For about 4 months & all I can really say about this place is they treat clothing , floor with disgrace & such disgust . The manager treats consumers with sincerely no respect & being discriminative . What I went through is not worth anybody's sweat & tears for this job . During COVID 19 rest room of just one i was suggesting to the manager to buy cleaning products for the store plus that manger walking around store & around me with absolutely no mask . Team leaders were treated with more respect than associates which I clearly feel like it's unfair I got let go for a personal phone call use when everyone else is on their phone on the register not paying attention what's going on . Manager on the phone behind the register having personal conversations instead of working and putting her part& instead making everybody else do her dirty work . I feel like this manager should be fired for poorly management & training .

Minerva the store manager for Passaic and Paterson is hands down one of the most sweetest persons I have ever meet. I have been a customer for years and the fact that she makes me feel welcome every time she notices me says a lot . The store looks amazing as well.

I lovee shopping at that store because of Minerva she is sweet and knows how to style you and make you feel welcome in that store. She is very helpful makes me want to come back and shop. I would love if she stayed in this store.
