This branch is best branch especialky the banker sara , she is an asset to this branch always smiling and helping customers , even if u have difficult banking problem sara will solve easily . Sara also helps to communicate with people who cannot speak well english that shows how much she cares .

We have great experience today working with Mr. Louis Peirano at Branch. He helped my uncle for his banking issues which was pending for almost 3 months and even online support services also couldn’t help that much. It took about almost an hour to finish the process. Although it was time consuming process, we didn’t experience any stress or issues. Thanks again Mr. Louis, you are awesome ?

These are the biggest scam artists ever. They will lie and say anything under the sun to get you to open an account and bank with them. And when you call them out on their lies, magically the manager is always busy and never in site. There's nobody in a higher up official position who can help you. You'll definitely get the runaround with no answers in site. Customer service is horrendous. I eventually cancelled all my account here and always warn puerile to never bank here. All those lawsuits and shady dealings that WF went through and they still act shady at every turn.

I did not catch the name of the man I just spoke with but it was at 10:04 on Friday March 12, 2021. It was not pleasant speaking with him at all. As a Wells Fargo customer, I am prone to have questions that I do not know the answer to. When I call seeking for help, I don’t intend on feeling as though it is silly for me to ask such questions. That is what that employee made me feel like. Very rude.

The web site is wrong lies about the time this branch closes. I went to this bank expecting it open as it says 6pm... and its really 5pm. Most banks should stay open until at least 6pm when people get out of work. Time for me to look for a new bank.
