I have tried now for over 4 months to get in contact with someone from the US office instead I get connected to the Phillipines they have done nothing but lied to me about everything I been promised millions of options and transfered to another rep where they tell me different story I'm so fed up with tmobile

Well, my issue is with T-Mobile customer service that they lie to me that they gave me a free watch that I won't be charged for 2 years now. They charge me for for the watch.
