I would not recommend Synergy, now AmeriGas, unless you like frustration.We ran out of propane over two weeks ago. Amerigas promised that they'd deliver it within 72 hours of when I called two Tuesdays ago. That never happened. I called them Friday and they claimed that we were on the delivery route. We are still out of propane.I called them twice yesterday and spent a total of 2 hours on the phone, almost all of it on hold. The first time, they claimed someone will call me back this morning. Didn't happen. I found out that the phone number on the account is from when I was a young teenager, if not earlier. Also, because our cylinders are so old, they need to have service done.They promised me they'd call me back with an update. They did not so do.This is the second time that I've called them today; they promised again that they would call me back, but didn't. I'm about to file a complaint with the BBB.
