3.5 stars. Was there for a work seminar. Place was nice and very clean, room was pretty nice with a comfy enough bed. But there was apparently no room service, breakfast was $19, and I don't think the gift shop was ever open when I would walk by it. Kind of a weird, very budget conscious attitude for a place that looks like a freaking castle on the outside!

My room was clean had temp control, food and drinks were good as well. What I have a problem with is the BLATANT billing of "incidentals" I billed a dinner of 55.85 and was charged 226.93. ????? Then you can't even get an explanation of why you were over charged..... I will never stray from Hilton again.

I can’t believe this is a Sheraton property. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Everything from the time we booked the room until we left was a nightmare. It was my daughter’s wedding and we booked a block of rooms expecting to get a deal, only to find it cheaper online. After calling to talk to sales they agreed to lower the price and online was still cheaper for the same room. My daughter requested joining rooms months before the wedding so she wasn’t alone the night before. The front desk said they couldn’t accommodate us and they didn’t even have rooms near each other. The sales staff were rude and unprofessional. You would think that knowing it’s her wedding night they would go out of their way to make everything just right for her.

I had a great experience this weekend at the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel. The customer service was spectacular, especially with the manager. I will always remember the great service I had this weekend. I want to give thanks to every worker who worked this last weekend. You all did a phenomenal job. Until the next Collision from

Room was as described but my issue is with the customer service. Had a great stay, forgot my HDMI to Apple connector in the room. It’s a very expensive accessory.Called the hotel numerous times, and sent my friend from the area to go check in on four different occasions. Each time they told us that there was maintenance was not around to look in the room, and they would call me back after checking for the HDMI connector.Nice place to stay, but if you forget something here don’t expect ever recovering it. They simply do not care.

My wife and I drove 12 hours from NC. It was late and we were tired. We checked into the room and all my wife wanted was to take a shower. The handle was broken so the shower didn’t work. We moved into a different room. The shower worked but there was no comforter on the bed. The air conditioner was the loudest i’ve experienced in any hotel i’ve stayed in ever!We were woken up in the middle of the night by a bachelor party in the room next door.If I paid the hotel directly i would have requested a refund. The man working the front desk was very nice and helpful and always had a smile on his face. That was amazing because he was the only one working and there was a line of 10 people behind me. They had a gaming convention there and the fact there was just this man working was obscene!Two stars is a gift. Hotwire has it listed as a4 star hotel which it isn’t even close to that.

My rating represents the hotel’s lack of commitment to cleanliness, or rather the outright acceptance of true filth. The guest rooms are not being cleaned, definitely are not being vacuumed, and do not appear to ever be deep cleaned (once or twice a year would make a massive difference).I have stayed here six times over the past three months and have yet to see evidence that anyone has vacuumed the room I stay in. Yes. I choose the same room.The carpets are dirty; there is plastic, food, and debris everywhere. There are large hairballs in corners of the main room & under the hallway vanity, and under the beds. Don’t believe me? Check out the pictures!I’m in a room with two queen beds, both of which were made up using king sheets. Have you slept on a bed with improper fitting sheets? It’s incredibly uncomfortable! The mattress pad moves around and you end up touching the raw mattress! Ick!I know, why do I keep staying here? The rooms are large, the location is good, and this hotel has the potential to be a solid location if it just required the cleaning ladies to actually clean. The hotel needs to inspect the rooms after they’ve been cleaned. Better yet, managers should stay overnight in randomly selected rooms once a month.And yes, I’ve asked for my room to be vacuumed. No luck. Month after month it just keeps getting dirtier. So, I need to move on.
