This is the worst mortgage bank, my monthly payment when up because they took the money I sent to escrow and they put it on my principal for I can make higher payments to them, they are a fraud!!!! I wish we can change banks if we have an option

Run away from this company! They didn't collect the correct property taxes and insurance for an entire year, leaving us with a huge bill as the payments were spread out over the next year. When I updated my checking account information online, it didn't carry through to my auto payments and now I have a returned check fee. The staff on the phone are forced to read through stupid scripts that they apologize for having to read through. Despite updating my checking account on their website, the folks on the phone can't view the updated information. I feel like this company has no idea what it's doing.

wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid this lender at all costs. I called to better understand why my payments keep fluctuating and spoke with 3 different people and received 3 different answers. These people are clueless

Spoke to Mike Crespin regarding to apply a loan, after signed all the documents and he keep pushing us to pay for the appraisal, after we paid he call us and said their company not do loan for co-op. I told him I was apply the loan for my co-op when I first spoke to him!!

Run my credit for a refinance 3 months later suddenly they stop responding to my email and phone calls 3 weeks later they say i was not approved without a reason or a report why i was denied then sell my account to another bank wow, now im still here trying to refinance with another bank great job for wasting my time Homepoint.

This company tried to hold your money as long as they can without any reason. I had a fire in my house. They hold the insurance money for over 1/2 year without giving any reason. After the repair was done, they refused to go there to inspect, and refuse to release the fund. I will have to file a case in BBB to get my money back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since i had my loan serviced by them it has been headache after headache. Didn't pay my homeowners insurance and claimed they didn't have the info. Then they didn't pay my taxes and claimed again they didn't have the info. Then said they paid the taxes and 2 and a half months later they still are not paid. Claimed to have sent a check that was returned to them by the township. Pray your loan does not get sold this this company.

Great company!! I was in a hard time with my old mortgage and the company and Ryan helped trough it in less tha an a month my refinance was done.. I really and truly recommend RYan and home point for your home loans services… I’m truly appreciate how they helped and walked me trough everything… every step of the way… thanks RYan…

Refinanced with Homepoint earlier this year. They did not pay taxes on time, got a delinquent Tax Notice with fine. Now they've not made my insurance payment !! BEWARE !!
