You might want to look into a Facebook post by one of your Underwriters, Cindy Dinolfo from FL ... she has several posts knocking Realtors and how we rip off people and that buyers & sellers shouldnt use us. With that being said, I will NEVER EVER refer any clients to Realfi. Shes obviously cutting off the hand that feeds her. Might be time for her to look for other employment!

These guys went above and beyond to help me out when my mortgage with another lender fell through last minute. They were proactive about ensuring we wouldn’t run into the same issue and we were able to close on time, as promised. Francis did a great job moving quickly and efficiently, and was always a professional communicator even when dealing with stressed-out realtors. The team at RealFi was even able to get us closed at a better rate than we originally had. This is NOT too good to be true, these guys are the real deal!

Sent me a official looking letter that looks like it’s from the county I live in, Figures, expiration dates, FHA mentioned etc. in fact it’s a solicitation to refinance your mortgage… But it looks like you have to call because there may be a issue or just to find out what it is…Dirty trick to get your in the phone…

Tom Marinaro, Gina Pereira, and Kim Glomb were the absolute best to work with and got me a terrific mortgage as a first time homebuyer. They provided an incredibly good interest rate, were very responsive to every step of the process, and took very good care of me when there were challenges that arose in the process. I would strongly recommend this mortgage broker to anyone looking to buy or refinance.

Went through the whole process and asked questions about specific item before we paid out money for inspection and appraisal. We made it as far as the conditions to close when we were told we needed a specific document. To which I asked the Mortgage office Frank several times if we needed it. Which he stated we will be good without it. Three month into the process and at the final end had to back out. Waste of our time. Also my sister and brother in-law used the same broker Frank and it took them 8 months to finally close on the house. My 1 star is for the Mortgage broker FRANK. He if very inconsistent and blames everything on everyone else instead of owning up to his mistakes!

John and his team at RealFi are amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure not only that I became a homeowner, but that owning my dream home wasn’t a mirage. John had pledged from the onset that if there was a way for my mortgage loan application to be successful, he would find it. He worked with meticulous determination and commitment to fulfill that pledge. Throughout the long, winding home buying process, John and Chris stayed true to their promise to deliver. When it seemed I’ve gotten to the dead-end they would restrategize and fashion out a better outcome. John was always reassuring, “Be calm, Emmanuel. It will work out in your favor.” Eventually, it did! I am now happily in my dream home, all thanks to John and his team. Now, I’m learning to interconnect my email to my television so that I can read my emails on my 85’ big screen TV. I enjoyed doing that whenever I visited John’s office. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone and everyone to go do home buying or refinancing business with these guys. They’re professionals with a passion for what they do.

My wife and I can't even begin to explain to you how blessed we are to have been referred to Ron, Christina, and the entire team at RealFi Home Funding Corp. So friendly, super knowledgeable, total professionals. Ron explained everything to us, guided us through the entire process (which is a strange and stressful process by the way, lol), while the whole time looking out for our best interests. He was our advocate in driving the best possible outcome for our loan. Ron and Christina went so far above and beyond what they would ever be expected to do, it was absolutely remarkable. If I could put a zero I would. Currently my son and 2 other families are being greatly impacted by your company due to you moving the first families closing from 9/11 to 9/25 and now even after having all the paperwork you've cancelled again! This is the 3rd cancel! Very unprofessional and no one there seems to know when it will close. All their rates are expiring and all 3 families may lose their homes over this! This is occurring through your Anderson SC Office! Cannot recommend.
