AVOID this store. We purchased a very expensive swing set from them and upon installation, the Installers cracked a few of the wood beams. We have been chasing them for literally months to try and get the beams replaced before the winter comes and the snow and ice cause more damage. The Parsippany store is either unresponsive or inconsistent in replying and still have not resolved the issue. They blame the inability to schedule things on the "Contractor" who has to come and do the work. We've even tried going to Rainbow Corporate and they state each store is independently owned and operated, so they only have so much influence at the Corporate level.From a reputable brand name like Rainbow and for the amount of money these swing sets cost, I expected better customer service. Each party is just passing the buck and the Customer is left frustrated. If I had it to do over, I would go with another swing set company (e.g., Gorilla). BUYER BEWARE if you're going to go with Rainbow.... if you have an issue, it will take a lot of time and effort for things to be rectified.
