This is the bank not for the customer. A bad experience because there is no teller service and I have to go to another bank. I hope that the teller service will return again.

I had a great experience at this bank working with Elvira Pinto on a home line of credit. She provided efficient service, patiently answered all my questions and was flexible to my family’s schedule. Definitely recommend working with Elvira if you are in the market for a line of credit or need an experienced banker for any support.

The service was great until they made it a private banker branch so tellers are no longer available. Before that it was good though.

This bank, it's not for a customer. Bad experience / never recommend this bank to anyone. I have taken PL loan from this bank, I made a continuous payment since I took a loan, during the pandemic I made one late payment and they reported to a credit bureau, it brought my credit score significantly down this bank not for us. I wish i can give them negative stars...
