Only thing negative that I must say is that customer should be advised upfront about the pricing of additional items…screen protector, car charger, etc. this would avoid customer complaints, which were handled by price adjustments”

“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”

“My wife and I went into the store on July 5th to exchange my wife's phone because it got dropped and cracked on our plane flight to New Jersey. The store associate who helped us, Juan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He looked at our account and told us what the best deal would be with buying a new phone and another promotion that was going on. Hands down, this was the best experience we have ever had at a T-Mobile store. Everyone in the store including the manager, Kenya and the other sales associate, Dan, were a joy to talk to and share some laughs. “This Target pretty much has everything. It has food in the back, beauty on the left, clothes and toys in the center, electronics in the back right, home to the right, the CVS Pharmacy to the left, and Starbucks at the front when you first walk in. They also have a phone charging station at the front right when you walk in, and WiFi throughout the store. The prices are fair and I'm occasionally able to find stuff on clearance here and there on certain shelves at really good prices. When I came here earlier in the pandemic, they had someone at the front disinfecting all the cart handles before they handed a cart to you, which I really appreciated. The aisles are wide and social distancing isn't a problem when shopping. However the check out area could have been better sorted and separated out for the pandemic. There's 6 self check out stations and 5 or so separate lanes for non-self-checkout. This area can get really crowded at certain times of day and there's not nearly enough room at the front of the store for everyone to properly line up and checkout without feeling like you're stepping over each other all the time. Overall, I do feel safe coming here, but have definitely limited my trips during this year just for my general safety and well-being.”
