When I went in the clerk was not interested in providing any information about services or available deals. I would actually give them a zero. I am not sure the store is still open, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit.

So i want to this store to purchase new phone the representative did not have any knowledge of his products you would thing he will right, secondly his attire is not appropriate for work he look like he just got out of bed or take clothes out of the dirty basket where is your uniform just look a hot mess store is not even clean, they have a don't care attitude AND you can't even call the store PHONE # Number DO NOT WORK, what kind of business is this, i will not recommend anyone to shop at this location...Poor customer service, Poorly kept METRO BY T-MOBILE at 149 us highway 46, Parsippany you need to do better --5 stars

Whenever we go, they dont have any thing we want in stock, neither phones or accessories.And they never can commit to when they will get it something again.They never have enough help either.Take a number,then wait for bad service.

Zero stars if possible. I came in with intentions on purchasing new phones but the gentleman working was absolutely no help. I had questions about the phones and he said "I don't know about any phones except the new iPhone". Are you serious? And I couldn't even check for myself since all they had were dummy/fake phones. I asked if he had 2 different phones I was actually interested in and they didn't have them. No wonder the store was completely empty. That's like going to a car deaIership and the salesman knows nothing about their cars... So I went to a different store where they actually had knowledgeable employees and purchased my 2 phones. Avoid this place unless you know exactly what you want, but call first. Just terrible.

On a visit to this store on sunday. The person was new and had no real exp.with phones or even there inventory. Sold us tmo revvl v+ saying it was the tmo revvl v6 pro and the same cover for the v6 pro. He never realized that the cover is wrong for the volumn control is on wrong side and it covers the camera .also to begin he first said all they have is I-phones. As well had no idea on how to move contact, apps, and pictures. Will be going to store tomorrow to see if i can get the right case and phone.

Went today, Friday July 29th 2022 at 1:10pm and the FRONT DOOR WAS LOCKED!!! The door that must remain unlocked during business hours by law, was locked!

Great place. I happened upon this location just because it was the closest to where I was at the moment - I am so glad I did! I went in with a very special request - and Rafael helped me out with thoughtfulness and care. He was able to help me with my situation quick and better than I could expect. If you are in the area (or just need help) - go see him! I think I just found my new MetroPCS store - it's a little out of my way but I would go there just for the great service! Thanks again.
