Nick @ the iStore in Parsippany is an expert! The Apple Store in Rockaway couldn't fix my old 2014 MacBook Pro because the parts were obsolete. They recommended the iStore for data recovery. I called the iStore to discuss my plans of buying a new MacBook and dropping off the old one with them with hopes of transferring my old profile/data to the new one. Not even 24 hrs. later Nick called me to tell me the good news. He was able to recover my data and transfer it to the new MacBook. Since it was an easy recovery, & they were able to "transfer instead of recover" the data from the old MacBook Nick was honest and changed me only for a data transfer. He also recycled my old MacBook free of charge! Thanks again! I know where to go next time the Apple Store can't help me.

if you found this store, RUN! I dont recommend this service, pay for a diagnostic $ 110 and it took 6 days to tell me what would be the result of this "diagnostic", something to know is that it was a damaged hard drive and that with the passage of the days the hard drive loses still More life ... absolutely discontent . They offered me to send it to California and that I would get at $ 1000 IF the information was recovered ... I went to another store where they really are professionals and two hours I solved my problem!!!!!

iPhone problems? How about no more problems. Nick has got your back. I thought I could potentially be without my phone for weeks, but he solved the problem and had it back in my hands in no time. Definitely come here for your device needs ??

Hands down, great experience!! As soon as i walked in the door, Nick was very polite and courteous. After i explained the issue with my phone to him, he was extremely thorough with the process and explained any possible charges that may be incurred, which would need my ok before performing the task. I would absolutely return here for any future issues.

return was quick, but there were so many unnecessary charges. there was a $110 charge just to give it to them for the repair. not only that but they said that my total would be $610 and it’s $718 so i just lost over $100 dollars because they couldn’t make money any other way. i don’t even know how they’re still in business.

I have apple care and had a cracked iPhone screen. They fixed it for the same $30 it would have been at an Apple store, took slightly over an hour, and new screen looks perfect.Google maps had a geolocation error but I submitted a fix that google accepted as of 7/29/22. This store is near Target, not 5 minutes away near Home Depot as Google Maps was incorrectly previously using.

I had low volume on my earpiece on my iPhone XR the person here told me cannot be repaired you have to swap your device out I left made an appointment at Apple the Rockaway Mall they cleaned out the membrane near the air piece, works fine now I will never walk into that store again they don’t try to help people they are looking for a quick saleStay away.

Very nice people and great customer service. Nick (and another man whose name I forget) were especially helpful. I needed my device fixed within a few days, but they got it done for me in a few hours on the same day after they figured out what the issue was.

Here is my issue with this store. There is a sign on the counter that reads if you give them 5 stars on YELP before you check out, they will give you a discount on your bill. That's called Bribery. Something is wrong with that. I had made an appointment to get my phone fixed. It might have been a battery problem. They honored my appointment on time. Was I satisfied with their service? Yes. Was I satisfied with their communication? Yes. Did they fix the issue with my phone? Yes. Were they polite, professional, and knowledgeable? Yes. I would have given them 5 stars until I saw the sign. I found their prices to be reasonable and there was plenty of parking in the strip mall parking lot.

I brought 2 laptops to fix here and they did a great job and on time. The place is clean and easy to get to. Nick helped me and kept me informed as to the status.

I am old school and very hard to please when things break and this is the first and only place I go for Apple service. (My first computer had ONE megabyte of RAM. And I was lucky! ) The Genius Bar at the Apple Store is great but they are always booked up. This place is easy for next day and sometimes same day appointments to come in and drop off a device. I am a professional photographer and video editor. The devices I have serviced here often present uncommon challenges. How these are handled is the true measure of great service with these things. I always get honest answers and expert analysis on the best options when gear is reaching the end of its life cycle. That's really hard to find these days. When you find people like this you stop rolling the dice. This is the only place I let service my gear.
