We have invested in bonds sold by Hennion and Walsh for several years, and are quite satisfied with the advice we have received.

They harass me about once a week. I've tried every approach (sincerity, rudeness, reminding them that harassment is a crime, telling them that I don't have any money, etc.) and they just don't stop.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Keep your elderly family as far away from them as possible. Chasing a sale and will harass you and everyone in your family until they agree to send them money. Several calls and emails daily urging for payment information/ bank account numbers, etc. Stay away!!

You can add me to the collection of 1-star * reviews. They have now called FIVE times to push tax free munis. I am a psychologist. He interrupted my session but did not care. These people clearly are crooks.

Horrible experience. They don't know anything about the bonds they are selling. Further research showed they were higher risk than claimed. They say they cannot predict how bonds behave moving in a rising rate environment. Really??? NOT Feduciaries. Funny that they always called me 3 days before rate hikes. Not trustworthy.

Connecting your agent is an issue. No emails, no voice mail access after hours or during lunch. They are very reluctant to allow you to talk to anyone but your agent.Submitting funds to purchase is only done by mail. They cannot handle EFTs. They need to update their systems.Almost every bond I have purchased has lost value, even though the bonds were highly rated.

Their goal appears to be (first and foremost) the sale, and they will push if you say no. Then they will call you multiple times (I blocked their number); recently I've started receiving email spam from them.

I can not recommend Hennion & Walsh more highly. My parents also worked with them, and I am so grateful that they did as it has led me to work with Stephanie. Stephanie is the absolute best. She has guided me so well with my financial decisions. And the entire team is wonderful (David, Kunal, etc) - always professional, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Great experience with the multiple staff at H&W. They were able to provide advice & knowledge that for MY financial/personal situation unlike Fidelity and Schwab can. Personable and proactive here. No hidden fees. They were upfront about everything. I don't believe any of the reviews saying they are charged with termination or "no trading in a year" fees as the paperwork I signed said otherwise and I have NEVER been struck with fees. And now I make money off my money! Thanks H&W.

horrendous how they treat their employees and clients, they should be barred from FINRA. over 30 years of cheating its clients and employees, and noted with dozens of FINRA violations - stay away from these swindlers. check them out on brokercheck.finra.org and you'll see for yourself.

I had no problems buying a bond through them. When the time came that I needed to sell the bond, it was sold and the money transferred to my bank in 3 days. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hennion and Walsh in the future. Not sure why the negative reviews.

Run don’t walk away from this company. I looked into bonds several years ago but decided against it. After calling H and W, they started to call me on a regular basis looking for my business. The last call was by Mr. Hennion himself. I explained I wasn’t interested and he promptly went into the hard sell stating “these bonds will disappear quickly. Are you telling me that you don’t have 10k to put down today for this great deal?” I will NEVER buy from someone that puts so much pressure on me. Scary....
