The worst cleaners. Avoid them, I asked for press and starch, they charged me $40 and the clothes came back just as I dropped them off. They have the nerve to say to me that it was pressed. I could have done a better job myself. Not even offering a recourse to make the situation right. Worthless.

My debit card declined the first time for some strange reason then went through the second time as it should debiting my account. This lady over the counter who I know is a less experienced employee then starts writing my debit card information down. I said numerous times can you please stop ma’am I do not feel comfortable with you writing that information down. She proceeded to do so regardless explaining to me that they will call the card processing company to make sure payment went through. I will now be finding a new dry cleaners & y’all were so so convenient for me and I paid $100 or more at least once a month for my dry cleaning!

I've been going there for many years for dry cleaning and occasionally for alteration services. The last hamming alteration was done so bad in that the sewing lines went way of the fabric. I asked them to do it again but with no improvement. I asked them for refund and they declined. I'll not going back there anymore, not only the workmanship was poor but the price was also expensive.

This is my first time coming here. I dropped off my clothes and a bag to be cleaned. It was alot of items but i was willing to pay the cost to get my clothes cleaned. The lady there that helped is really rude. When I picked up my clothes from there I expected all the stains to come off and i wanted a zipper on a dress to be re placed to be replaced. Nothing was cleaned and fixed. I paid 126$ for everything and not get anything cleaned. The woman there tells me "these stains are old. It can't be cleaned and you are so picky with your clothes" that angered me.1. They dont do their job. 2. My clothes still has stains on them. 3. Very poor customer service and very rude. Why be in the business if you can't do the job right. I wish she told me that she couldn't do the job so i wouldn't waste 126$ just for my things to be cleaned I asked her since my clothes weren't what i expected give me a discount. She wouldn't work with me. I moved from Long island. The dry cleaners made my clothes like new and removed stains. Please save yourself the money and not come here. I wish i read the reviews before I dropped them off.

I needed to get my clothes dry cleaned for a business occasion. They had my clothes ready and on time. Just make sure to give them a week ahead of preparation or it will be extra, which is fine. Great service, and the lady at the front was very nice!Service: Laundry wash & fold

I came here to get alterations on a under garment for compression and I paid $28 I told them to alter it for 1 inch. She did half a inch so I brought it back next day and she charged me another $25 on top of that just to fix what she did before!!! This is highway robbery.. the cleaners in lake hiawatha fixed my other garment free of charge when they made a mistake Better customer service there... they over charged me just to do stitching on the side. Please don't go to this dry cleaners. They mess up with my clothes and totally damaged it and yet, they refuse to take a responsibility or apology. Bring your clothes if you don't want to wear again.

Borrowed Mt friend's wedding gown. Sent it for dry clean. It took 3 weeks. When I got it back, it has more stains than it had. The owner told me these are not removable and are okay. This is not acceptable! 8/19- I returned the wedding gown to the store. The owner agreed to clean it again. Will Need to wait for another week to get it. Will see if the gown Will be cleaned this time

Don't ask how much it costs, even politely! The lady here will degrade you and chase you out the door... "Everything here is $5. This is not some cheap store for you to come..." Hey lady, take your business and shove it down the toilet. You survive with your customer dimes. Treating them like trash will keep you counting dimes forever. You are not a crazy rich asian either. What a slime!

Reasonable prices and really friendly. Also, I never had any issues when I got my clothes back. Always well and cleaned and pressed. Definitely my go-to place.
