This vape shop goes above and beyond for you vapeing needs, from the variety of pod systems to the extensive collection of glass. The shop is run by an amazing manager, Gabby has helped me countless times whether it's picking a puffco or going and lowering my nicotine throughout my time shopping with them. The experience in the store is all her, from the halloween decorations put up for this time of year to the cleanliness of the store. No dust in sight, just phenomenal service and quality products!!

I've been going to Good Guys for years but I just left and can say they were most definitely not being good guys this time around.
Went to the store earlier in the day asking for a recommendation for a flavor that had zero menthol or ice in it. Took their recommendation and went home.
When I got home I discovered the juice was so freaking icy it was numbing my throat, even though I was flat out told there wouldn't be any of that in it.
When I went back to the store and explained the situation looking to do an exchange I was not offered an exchange or refund. Just offered 20% off another disposable that they STILL couldn't guarantee me wouldn't have menthol in it.
TLDR; Went in looking to exchange something that I was misled into purchasing, was offered a game of vaporizer Russian roulette instead.

Was told by the lady working that if my pods do not fit in the vape system I was buying that I could bring it back for return no problem. Upon bringing back for return they told me that I was unable to return and could only receive store credit. That was not what I was told.
Extremely unprofessional.

Amazing store that has everything you need and stuff you didn’t even know you wanted! Dan is the man and was incredibly helpful. They don’t push you to spend more and are very cool people. Products are great quality and not expensive. Highly recommend
