It was literally a spare of the moment booking because we could not get to the other hotel that we had booked because of the flooding so we couldn’t drive around it and I called the other hotel and let them know I couldn’t get there they canceled with no penalty and then I booked with you guys and I was able to get an early check-in so I was completely happy about that. And as a night auditor myself and Just working with Marriott for six years straight now I know how it is in the morning when people are trying to get an early check-in and we don’t have the room available but you guys were able to make that possible for me.

The worst Fairfield I had ever stayed at. First, wifi didn't work for the first 4 hrs. Network problem. Then bathroom door can't lock because the lock doesn't fit properly, the TV in bedroom doesn't turn on, the remote back cover was taped, no bedsheets for the sofa bed because previous person stole them, the bed was so soft that my back in.

Front desk staff Tarique did not answer the phone. I called repeatedly and was sent to a recording that kept on repeating the directory. Other than that. The room was great ! ?I suggest supplying shower

Amazing friendly service. Was upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was amazing. Breakfast was a little to desire but free is free. Free breakfast is always a gamble so I never hold it against the hotel.

The A/C in my room smells so bad whenever it turns on. It smells like urine. Thank god the weather isn’t too hot.I stayed here for a business trip. I was stunned when the staff said she didn’t know how to print a receipt after I bought items from their pantry. The elevator and the carpet in the hallway seem very outdated and in poor condition. Constant road noise made sleep difficult. Won’t come back here again.

My room had a smell, don't know what it was but it came from the carpet...a little nasty. Didn't bother complaining as we were saying just the night.But the front desk Ladies were awesome helping out when I forgot my toothbrush.. and helped fix my girl's dress...

This is an old, not super clean hotel but the price is so low we always choose it. We had loved the free breakfasts in the past but on our Labor Day weekend stay, we noticed that the quality of the breakfasts was lowered. The delicious muffins were replaced by very average muffins. The pancakes or waffles were very small and thin and not very good at all. The special wrapped egg and cheese items were removed. Every day were the same sausages, scrambled or boiled eggs and sometimes small cheese omelets.

This hotel is one step above a motel. Everything is old and barely working. Toilets wouldn't flush for two days and there was no maintenance person available since it was the weekend. The walls are paper thin. Neighbors on both sides had their TV's on and I could hear them as well as their conversations as if we were in the same room. I highly recommend skipping this place.

Dated building. Room was functional. I was in the room less than 12 hours. Shower walls had spots of mold. Shower curtain did not stay closed and allowed water to flood the floor. Probably will not stay at this property again.

The hotel is Fabulous. It smells like a Rose garden. The staff is Very, Very helpful.The Food is a home away from home.Rooms: Beautiful, clean, Bed smells fresh, Beddings clean, Towels clean and niceNearby activities: Malls, Boating, close to WAWA, WallmartSafety: Its a secured place. Police protection in Community.Walkability: Need a carFood & drinks: Breakfast is homemade.satisfied until next breakfast.

This hotel is about definition average as you get. The room was outdated, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice enough throughout the stay to not have any complaints about. The breakfast definitely left something to be desired but hey it's complimentary so what are you going to do. In the end was it a great hotel? No. Was there anything severely wrong with the room that justified a complaint? Also no. Would I stay here again? Possibly....?

The hotel is clean and well kept. The staff is very nice and does a great job. The building could really use a refresh. But the rate was great, so maybe the older decor is worth it!
