Would give negative star if I could. Damaged my $100 brand-name shirt but, instead of apologizing, tried to blame the shirt with non-sensical excuses. Very rude and unprofessional.

Emerald dry cleaners is owned and managed by rude and incompetent people. The owner has no clue how to run a business. I brought my coat there last Saturday stressed my concerns with the material offered to pay extra for a rush because it is my only coat. Was told they could do the coat. Went back a few hours later to the entire coat ruined. The manager yelled at me that I ruined the coat and I was a liar. All the down in the coat had sunk to the bottom making it not useable. I asked to talk to the owner for them to take responsibility for what happened and a nice woman pointed to the number. Thank god for her being able to calm me down from being yelled at being told I was a liar and that there was nothing they could do. I spoke to the owner he PROMISED to meet me the next morning. I went and he didn't show up. He continued to play games for 2-3 days. "I'm busy till 6pm" I was told. I had to put my own money out for a coat in the meantime it is winter. I was able to find the same coat, but when I asked for a refund he responded in a text "You should not buy the same coat it's a bad design". "The store should refund you not me". He played games for 3 days I finally was able to get the original coat back Wednesday to bring to the athleta store. Showed them what happened they said they have never seen anything like it. He would NOT do anything for me. He continued to blame the design and not taking ownership for what happened. I was inconvenienced for a total of 4 days and he is useless as a human being. He showed no empathy for what happened at his facility. His 2 employees both said after the fact they do not have the machines to do this. He never took responsibility for what happened and I would tell everyone never to go there.

My first and last time there! This location is very convenient for me however, i will not return. The staff is not friendly, you will stand there for a while before anyone will service you. Customer service js horrible. I will take my business some place else
