OK, fair enough. But would say that by sending me an email, we are now doing business together so I can review that interaction.So I'm changing this review upon owners request. Adding a couple of stars because they have replied.They emailed me with a request to review without verifying the email address. So whoever the customer is that they are trying to reach, isn't getting these emails, I am. That's what email verification is for-- to make sure you have the right personI contacted them a couple of times to let them know they have the wrong email address as I'm in New Jersey. So please verify email addresses. And remove my email from your customer database.Thanks

They hiked up the prices when they know that insurance will reimburse it. They don’t even give proper receipt. They removed the dash cam from the car which had the evidence for the crash. Stay away from them. Don’t trust them with your car

Can't say enough good things...Juan arrived earlier than promised. He couldn't be a nicer guy. He explained everything and was very professional. Took great care with loading my car onto the truck. There are still good people in the world-Big shout out to Rich! My tire blew out with my two small kids in my car and I was stuck on the side of the highway for over an hour. I finally was able to get an Uber to pick me up (after multiple failed attempts due to GPS not providing my accurate location.) I had to leave my car with the keys behind to be towed, and I called the state police to let them know. The police told me they were going to impound my car and told me, "what do you expect, us to sit and wait for your car to be towed?" I called Rich to ask his ETA and he said an hour, I asked if he would be able to come any earlier so that I could avoid my car being impounded by the police. He said, "Say no more, I'm leaving my desk now." After a really stressful morning, Rich was the hero of my day. Can't thank him enough for coming through like that.

Eagle Truck helped me out in a pinch. My car was dead in my driveway (a tricky 90ft long driveway on a downward slope) and Rich was able to tow me out without a hitch and take me to the dealership. Rich normally manages the requests but personally picked me up so that I could be home in time before needing to hire a sitter for my baby!Service: Car towing

A buddy of mine has been going to this place for a while now dealing with the same issue and still hasn't been fixed the RIGHT WAY. I vote this to be the worst body shop around. His lights on the vehicle were switched and the housing was cut shorter. Allot was tampered and the car still doesn't act right in anyway shape or form.
