“This Target pretty much has everything. It has food in the back, beauty on the left, clothes and toys in the center, electronics in the back right, home to the right, the CVS Pharmacy to the left, and Starbucks at the front when you first walk in. They also have a phone charging station at the front right when you walk in, and WiFi throughout the store. The prices are fair and I'm occasionally able to find stuff on clearance here and there on certain shelves at really good prices. When I came here earlier in the pandemic, they had someone at the front disinfecting all the cart handles before they handed a cart to you, which I really appreciated. The aisles are wide and social distancing isn't a problem when shopping. However the check out area could have been better sorted and separated out for the pandemic. There's 6 self check out stations and 5 or so separate lanes for non-self-checkout. This area can get really crowded at certain times of day and there's not nearly enough room at the front of the store for everyone to properly line up and checkout without feeling like you're stepping over each other all the time. Overall, I do feel safe coming here, but have definitely limited my trips during this year just for my general safety and well-being.”
“Amazing store. Very clean. Well stocked. Amazing customer service from Store Manager Tasha and her wonderful staff. From the time my family and I walked in and we're greeted with a huge smile, to the time we checked out, and was greeted as we left out the store. So glad to have 5 below at Essex Green Mall.”

“Macy's! Macy's! The instant you walk in the smell of perfume hits you, amazing. The employee at the jewelry didn't seem like they wanted to help me. I waited for 30 minutes before getting help. My husband was getting me a diamond necklace for birthday. He's card declined, make a guess what the employee asked say: Do we have money on the card? Unbelievable, we put security on a card, we forgot that we had it. So we tried a debt card and it still didn't work. I told her something was wrong with the machine and she said no. We just walked out.”

They always have something going on there's always a sale you can go in there again Macy's get anything from food pots and pans to get the latest clothes in style to handbags haircuts Etc I've always liked Macy's I've been shopping at Macy's now well going on 60 years. Love it never had a problem with Macy's they're doing a lot of you can either pick up in store or they ship it right to your house once again continue to subscribe hit that like button have a great day.”

“I always take time to give reviews to stores mostly based on their customer service . As these days it’s not easy to find good hardworking store representative who go out of their way to make your shopping experience worthwhile and save a lot of your time just trying to find stuff in the store ( amongst so much of variety )I was there at this location at Christmas Eve . Was looking for clothing but was tight on time . Went to a register and a bunch of store associate standing on a register asked them if anyone can help me find a particular brand and out of them this young lady named Melkit quickly engaged herself to look for the items . On top of it she even went with me to another floor to help me find something for my niece . Not in the pretext that she will get the sales done but just to help and that too with a smiling face . I was a little stressed out that day doing last minute holiday shopping and she brought ease with her mannerism and calmness and kept on saying She is there to help me with anything until the store closes .I ended up getting quite a few things from Nieman just because of her genuine customer service. I could have gone to Nordstrom or Bloomingdales to look for better deals but choose not to saved a lot of time . Thanks to her and was so relaxed when I got back home !! Thanks to Melkit !”
“I love their shoe section...they have the best sales! Also, their makeup section is pretty amazing. I love the selection of brands and items are always in stock, unlike some other places. Plus, there are sales folks there when you need them but they aren't bugging you every few minutes...I like that.”

Everyone is respectful and helpful in all of departments that I go to the most, which are - the Service counter to Pick-up Online orders, Men's, Women's, Juniors, Beauty/Fragrance. The store is clean, it's not messy like some of the other Macy's. The departments have a lot of selections and the floors are organized well.”
“Huge store spread across two floors. Lots of inventory, really big men's department. Jewelry section is also very impressive, excellent collection, lots of sales. We bought a pair of earrings for 70% discount. Associates are super and do their best to get you the best deal.”

“Was pleasantly surprised that stock of everything that I needed was available. I had a very random grocery list but found what I came to the store to buy. I wanted boxed cake mix, organic oatmeal, lemons, and dry dill. The milk I buy is usually out of stock at most places and there was plenty at this location. Full fat Fairlife milk is not always available and it was plentiful and discounted.”
