This pharmacy used to be great. However over the years it has gone downhill. I NEVER get alerts on any of my scripts. I have had multiple times where they can’t fill my script and they just leave it pending but when I go pick it up they say they couldn’t fill and and they “notified” me about it and when I ask them to transfer the script to another pharmacy they give me a hard time. I can NEVER get anyone on the phone and have waited for up to 2 hours before. I only switched back because that’s where my family goes to get prescriptions and it’s easier on them to pick all the scripts up at once but I would 100% avoid this pharmacy and go to the one in Rockaway. They have better service and can always get someone on the line if need be.

The pharmacy is dysfunctional at best and the pharmacist is rude. Although I understand frustration, you should never take it out on a customer.

I hit the closed doors at 10:28 pm, they had 30 more minutes until closing. I didn’t see any updated hours on the doors, except for the actual holiday days. It’s Dec 27th

Wish I can give 0 stars the store is out of order everything disorganized open trash on the floor. the guy manager on day shift is very rude doesn't no how to help customers .. I walked in & ask the guy which aisle would the speaker be on he then replied....what is a speaker (sarcastically) they make it very hard to shop here they watch brown skinned people more than watch anyone else.. very uncomfortable & very unsettling... I wouldn't advise any minority to visit this store

The worst.They didn’t even follow through with my medicine to contact me, my doctor, or my insurance. They instead stalled on giving me my medicine and never gave me a call. They are understaffed and incapable of doing their job because of the staffing issues. The male pharmacist had me wait in the drive thru to tell me they couldn’t even give me an epi pen.This isn’t the first time they have messed up.

Manager Steve is frightening and incredibly unhelpful as well as rude. I was trying to get help for a $10 extra bucks reward that I have proof of on my phone, with the email saying I had it, and he refused to honor it.Edited to add: I tried to explain multiple times that this happened once before, and at that time the manager or supervisor discovered there are two ExtraCare card numbers linked to my account, and the rewards had gone to the other one. She immediately fixed the problem and honored the rewards. This man would not even listen or try. His demeanor became dismissive and cold immediately.He kept telling me to call 1-800-shop-cvs and I as I left the store he started to scare me when I said I’ll be giving them (at the 800 number)a review.The previous incident where I was helped by a manager was only a few months ago, so I doubt the policy has changed.He then started following me out of the store going ‘what’s that? What’s that?’ And I just hurried into my car. He finally turned around before leaving the site and now I’m sitting here literally shaking. I felt physically threatened.
