In a nice safe area, only 1 atm machine inside and have to go into the bank to break down the bills further.

I have never had my business handled so unprofessionally and undervalued. Since starting to work with this branch to open accounts for me and my husband (which had it's fair share of issues with paperwork and a rep at the branch), this most recent encounter ended with me bounced around to 3 different representatives and 3 different instances of rescheduling to open an estate account for my deceased mother - to only be given the option to work with someone with whom our issues began with. In total, we have been bounced around to 5 different individuals. Unbelievably disappointed. Always was such a supporter of Chase. We will be moving are assets elsewhere.

Who doesn’t love a compliment? The two beautiful ladies working the main help desk totally made my day!!! They also got me in and out right away! Just a reminder to all that Kindness is always appreciated and should be displayed often! I most certainly appreciated their sweet words! Best bank! Ps, to CHASE it is so refreshing to deal with people who are real and genuine, I hate the corporate fake niceness they really were a breath of fresh air.

My local Chase branch closed a couple of years ago. After having a less than pleasant experience at a couple of closer locations, went to Parsippany. They were not only very professional, but were very kind. There's a lot to be said about how your customers are treated, especially someone on a fixed income like me, and for the last 3 years it's nice to feel respected. Means a lot.

Anita Nowicki, the Chase Private Client Banker is FANTASTIC!! I drove 45 minutues away just to see Anita. She treats clients like family and deserves a huge corner office. Anita is a great asset to Chase. 5 STARS for Anita!!!
