“I don't usually reviews but Hetvi deserves a good one. I have multiple personal and business accounts with TD and I go to the parsippany location often. Every time I'm there, I notice that Hetvi is eager to help customers and myself with a smile. Whenever there's an error with their system or internal servers, she tends to focus on the solutions rather than the existing problems which is also a great quality about her. She brings positive attitude to worksite and I'm sure she's a great asset to TD bank and team. I hope the best for her!”

“I had to close my account because of fraudulent charges. The manager at the TD Bank in Green Brook was extremely helpful. I sent her a thank you letter. In it I mentioned that my pension check direct deposit would go to the closed account, and that I would have to wait until the 7th to ask them to resend it. This morning she called me to tell me that she called the pension plan to have it resent, and it should be in my account tomorrow, the 2nd. She went well beyond what I could have expected in providing services. Gail Gonzolez is an excellent manager and has an excellent staff.”

“This BOA location is in a convenient spot easily accessible by Rt. 46 or side streets. There are two drive-up ATMs, but as it goes with banks, it's a tight fit. I've seen cars get scraped trying to exit the area, so proceed with caution. I've visited the tellers inside before and the service is usually very quick. Like most banks, it's best not to go during prime hours if you want to do quick transactions. The parking lot can be a bit mountainous to drive into, so you may be more comfortable entering from the side street if you have a very low car. I could also do without the dead carcass inside of the ATM machine, but what can ya do?”
