This BOA location is in a convenient spot easily accessible by Rt. 46 or side streets. There are two drive-up ATMs, but as it goes with banks, it's a tight fit. I've seen cars get scraped trying to exit the area, so proceed with caution. I've visited the tellers inside before and the service is usually very quick. Like most banks, it's best not to go during prime hours if you want to do quick transactions. The parking lot can be a bit mountainous to drive into, so you may be more comfortable entering from the side street if you have a very low car. I could also do without the dead carcass inside of the ATM machine, but what can ya do?

Narrow exit from drive through ATM. Many cars have been scraped by the pillar / corners of the wall. Be careful.

Very poor branch experience… no one cares for your needs… short of staff…Ended up going to TD bank, warm welcome and work was done in two min!!!

I had to make an international wire transfer and was helped by Laura Petrou. She was very polite and did the transfer professionally. I was very happy the way she handled the job. While doing the transfer she also gave a lot of very useful advises on how to increase my cash back deals and better use my accounts. I’m very thankful to her and appreciated her help a lot.

I have called several times about my $100 bonus I was suppose to receive months ago when I first opened new account and never received it and still waiting. Terrible customer service

Very rude teller I'm a senior citizen been going there least 20-25 years usually I use the ATM but one of my checks was little wrinkled and machine wasn't taking it so went to bank teller give me a freaking hard time but the receptionist at the bank help me very nice lady but the bank teller was God awful was like 2 in the afternoon and it wasn't even busy she's quite no crabby b****

Uninformed and rude staff who do not know the basics of customer service or bank policies. Better off avoiding unless you just want to use only the ATM.

the teller questions me!, im withdrawing a large amount of money from my account to pay my contractor and besides if i have the ID and show proof of everything she has no right to ask, did you withdraw a while ago.. why do you care? its my money and i showed proof off identification. Old lady teller.

Had to wait for a very long time just to cash a check. Once I got to the teller she told me she couldn't cash a payroll check it could only be deposited. This is not true by any means. I went to a different location and they did it for me with no problem.

Conveniently located, thus branch is great for lunchtime banking. The line always moves quickly and the tellers are friendly and professional.
