I was hesitant to take it to other mechanics because when the work isn’t much they will try to upsell or use your lack of knowledge of cars against you. All we needed was the heat shield to be bolted back on, and they delivered on that. My wife took her car in, they took the car right away, they did the work and my wife was out of there in less than 20 mins without the usual hassle and discomfort of other mechanics trying to get more out of you. Other than Jim and Gloria at the front, you can tell the good culture vibe on their technical team as well! My first experience, saw a couple guys from the technical team, they both very polite.
