Sold my loan to another company and didn’t let me know. No goodbye letter or notice. Found out by having to call due to no payment access on website.

I have never dealt with a company where no one answers their phone, no one, top down returns phone calls! to say this is a horrible company to work with is an understatement at best. never again

My loan was transferred here in 2015 with a shared deceased identity and my loan continues to be transferred multiple times ever since.......Well Played Crooks ....
