CROOKS!!! Last night my vehicle was confiscated even though it was parked right in front of the residence my son had just spent the day at. The cops had it towed by this company. I'm ready to drive an hour to pick up my vehicle but, even though the website says they are open, the person that actually is there and answering the phone tells me that they are closed and that I will be charged an extra day because THEY are the ones preventing me from being able to pick up my vehicle TODAY. This seems to be their usual MO based on other reviews here. And it makes me wonder as well why the police continue to use them. Does anyone else see a crooked pattern???

They lie to you about price. First they say it is 125 $ for towtruck and 7 $ per mile. Instead, they charged me 150 for towtruck and 45$ "admin fee" plus milege. Do not trust these guys.

Worst place ever nobody deals with them they violated the Predatory Towing Act in NJ on every count stole my belongings and jacked up prices they need to be stopped and I'm filing sue and the owners a racist I have him on film NAACP ACLU class action baby!

I've seen a bad service in my life, but I've never seen this much. I waited for my car for 45 minutes, but it didn't show up, and he said we were on the way, and when he arrived, he towed it, and quoted a figure of around 400 for the next day, he said you couldn't drive the car, and I said another company would come and tow it. There is a company (triple A) I wanted to use it, they did not let me, so I took my car by force, I called the police, I have never experienced such a bad time in my life, I have never experienced such bad treatment, I really do not recommend it, stop paying money, you do not want to see the evil and dirty looks on their faces.

They are trying to charge you with incredible prices, they are friends with the cops. Our car got towed by cops and cops didn’t let me call triple A because they said it would take a long time. We waited 30 minutes or so for ajaco. after all that event though they are 24 hours open, they said they can’t release cars after 4:30pm although everybody was working in the office as usual computers are open lights are on door is unlocked tow cars are working (even stupid owner was there) and they didn’t give my car back because they want to hold your car one more day to charge you more. also the bill was $660 tomorrow it is gonna be like $1000 probably. they also don’t want you to call triple a to their facility they say it is banned in their facility. only way to get your car back is you gotta use them again and pay them more more and more. THEY ARE LIKE MAFIA NEVER USE THEM.

Today I had the unfortunate pleasure of my condo associate towing my husband's legally parked truck. Luckily, it was done by Ajaco. I took a stab and called Ajaco. They instantly knew the truck was there ( even though I forgot his license plate ) and quoted a price. Not even 30 minutes later the truck is sitting right before our eyes no issue. Now, inside the office is where my entire day started to look up. Every single person in the office was friendly. We laughed about the ridiculousness of the whole situation and now I don't feel so irritated at the wrench thrown in my day. If I ever need a tow I'm going to call them.

The price is ridiculous expensive, they charged me $212 for 6 milles ride. It's an abuse because the fare for this service is $75. I don't recommend them.

Had an incredible experience today with this towing company! Jason found me and my daughter on the side of the road, car was broken down. With no hesitation, he pulled over, called his crew and helped me out big time! I couldn’t be more appreciative for Jason and the AJACO staff. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful and got my car up and running in no time!! Highly recommend!!

Our tractor trailer broke down and we were stranded for hours. Ajaco Towing was a life saver after several other tow companies couldn’t tow it. Ajaco was out there very quickly with the correct equipment. They also gave us a discount on the tow bill which was very nice of them.

Our Lincoln Navigator had transmission problems in CT and after several attempts to have Lincoln roadside pick our car up we had to personally have it towed back to NJ. Jason Cleffi and the Ajaco towing team were amazing to work with and within 6 hours of calling them got our car home safe and sound. I would recommend Ajaco towing to anyone who needs a fast and reliable towing company. Thanks Again Jay!!
