Ugliest service possible. Unqualified stuff (even Service Director does not answer mails and cannot help with any issue!), constant mistakes, no understanding of their business, delays and losses! I don't recommend to use their service ever if you don't want to waste your time, nerves and belongings!

This company is the absolute worst! We sat at closing for 3+ hours. They would not approve the $648 for an excessive amount of junk to be removed from the house. Susan was horrible to deal with! Never again... run the other way!

Unbelievably useless. I had to use them because that was all my work was offering - use anyone else if it's an option or try to get a lump sum instead. I've been moving every year for the past 10 years and this was by far my most difficult move all due to this company.
