Sanjib Das provided excellent service when I purchased my new phone. He even stayed after his shift was over to complete my transaction, and checked in with me at home to make sure there were no issues with my new phone. When I returned to the store the next day with some questions about my new phone, he patiently answered them, even though the store was busy and he was working alone. All in all, he was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with!

Sales guy talked me into the expensive Puregear protector because of the 1 year free replacement warranty. They refused to help when it broke, they only sell them.. Puregear will send a free one for $13. What a scam.

My husband bought a phone at this location. The battery will not hold a charge. It is defective. The salesman would not take the phone back. He told my husband to call Verizon. Verizon told him that he could return the phone for a new one at any store. My husband went back to the Lake Hiawatha location and the salesman said that there is $50 restocking fee. What kind of garbage is this? You sell a defective product and now you charge $50 to exchange it. THIS IS A SCAM!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

Stacy was phenomenal. She took her time and made sure I understood everything. She was very patient and made sure that all of my needs were more than met. Even when the store closed, she was still answering my questions, and made sure that all of my apps and contacts were transferred.
