Today, I was trying to send a package via the self-service kiosk. It was extremely frustrating that it didn’t work. I asked for help & Lourdas came to help me. She realized the problem immediately & stayed with me to make sure the machine was working properly. She was patient & professional & kind.

Poor service and incompetent staff. Honestly make me sad I live in Parsippany and have to deal with them (incorrectly) delivering my mail and facing no repercussions for their mistakes and attitude

I recently went for the renewal of a minor's passport, and the entire process was remarkably smooth and quick. Many thanks to Pooja; she is a significant asset to USPS. It's reassuring to witness individuals carrying out their responsibilities diligently.

The useless mailman who delivers to Tivoli gardens 1100 parsippany Blvd never puts my mail in the correct box. These mailboxes are labeled with apt numbers an everything. Can’t mess it up but somehow I have other ppls mails an my packages delivered by these guys always gets stolen. If I can give 0 stars I would an there is never repercussions on the employees

Soham was the person at the counter today, and he was very unprofessional even asking me what i was looking at many times even his nice that works there also have to calm this person! void this place

The clerks were nice but after she scanned my package she turned and threw it like a frisbee into the room behind her. Really disturbing display of handling right in front of the customer. Glad I packed it nicely because it was fragile electronics, but would really prefer she walked it five steps into the next room rather than toss it with disregard.

Read all the reviews for passport so I was very nervous to go to my appointment. I was met with quick service and Pooja was wonderful and made the experience quick and made sure I had ALL the right paperwork and gave me all the information I needed. She made sure I filled out the checks as needed. I would come back for passport services. She was very nice, helpful, and quick. Not sure of all the bad reviews. She said in about 2 weeks I can check the status of my passport.

My review is based on customer interaction with USPS error; THE EMPLOYEES HERE ARE 100% great in person, specifically the temporary supervisor "Joe", 2x calls and one in person visit. Be THE NEGATIVES COME FROM THE "PROCESS" NOT THE EMPLOYEES. Post Master and up receive majority of salary budget and don't actively participate.
$81 BILLION BUDGET 2021, $50 billion on "employees salaries" alone. Not health, retirees, or other Bennies. If you CAN locate a phone # for local P.O., they ring a few times and are forwarded to the national hotline(800#)- and ALL P.O.'s promote the national hotline as the contact- THAT LEADS TO A PRIVATE COMPANY "CALL CENTER"- they will have the same info accessable to you online.

My tracked packaged containing a check arrived at their location last week.. they lost it.. and told me they have 30 days to find it .... horrible communication and customer service.. Manager got involved and told me she would look and call me if she found it.. n ever called.. went back today to be told oh they found it and send it back out without calling me (as they said they would) so i had already stopped payment on the check.. and had to pay to redo everything. Not one ounce of concern for their mistake. I can file a claim Im told to recoup my extra expenses incurred by them. how lovely.. stay away.

Basically got told the post man is controlling our mail. A woman there today gave me the worst attitude. Was pretty polite until I told she needs to relax cause I wanna do his get my mail. She told me if I don't check every two days the mail man will not bring my mail..only the guy gives mail randomly...so this place is withholding government mail that they have no jurisdiction over. Two day limit for one complex. There doing this to alot of people . Straight up illegal

Only received one of my five packages I ordered and when I called to ask if they could possibly be coming separately, I was yelled at over the phone. The woman would not answer any questions I had and very rude and disrespectful. She told me to contact someone else and hung up the phone on me.
