The UPS Innovations in Butner, NC is obviously conducting theft and fraud by not delivering thousands upon thousands of customer’s packages according to reviews on all major websites and nothing is being done about it. There is no way possible for this many packages to simply be lost and disappear into thin air. Lack of training and Covid is no longer a valid excuse. This is a FEDERAL OFFENSE and should be handled accordingly. The Butner, NC facility particularly seems to enjoy”losing” (i.e. STEALING) packages during all major holidays. I have personally had issues with almost all QVC and Universal Yums packages never showing up, so they are obviously enjoying clothing, home goods, jewelry, and food for themselves. Apparently, these large companies are going to have to be the one to file the federal complaint before anything is done about it. Once these companies get tired of losing enough money and having to reship so many items, we may see this facility shut down permanently, and the criminals indicted—since the consumers voices are being ignored.

UPS has been consistantly late with my packages. They offer up empty promises, then don't deliver. They lie about their reasons for lateness, citing weather problems when my packages have been sitting two towns away; we haven't even seen rain for days at a time! Parsippany is the worse location of all, my packages seem to get lost in limbo when they reach that distribution center. I have asked Amazon and my other vendor to cease shipping my packages through UPS or to place them at a very low priority. I hope Jeff Bezos continues to expand his inhouse delivery system and completely wipes out UPS's share of that sector.

Worst UPS corporate location. Lost a package, did nothing. I gave them the simple task of sending a EXPRESS envelope, already deemed to be important since it is overnight (obvious). Instead of being able to do a simple task which was picking it up, driving it across the bridge, then driving it North 1 hour, they lost it. They did nothing. Nobody called. Nobody emailed. Tracking has not been updated in 6 days. Nothing has happened! Nobody cares. It was scanned TWICE at the facility in Parsippany, NJ yet they cannot find it? Wow, terrible. I would leave ZERO starts if I could.
