I went in to get my eyebrows done but i didn’t book they same girl that I usually book because she want available. I spedifically asked just for a clean up and to keep them thick. Leala made them so thin, not even close to my original thickness and she also made a whole entire bump on my eyebrow too. The pictures show how thick me eyebrows usually are and how thin she made them.

i just wanna share my experience with ulta & getting my hair done! Leala did amazing on my hair! she was able to get me the color i wanted to reach ! i would definitely recommend her for your makeup or your hair ! ? i will be seeing her again

I came in to originally do a “happy box” return. Immediately the staff was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Olivia showed me different ways to do makeup and gave me lots of choices. She taught me a lot as I don’t wear makeup often. She is so nice and knowledgeable. She also helped other customers in between showing me how to do makeup and what’s what but always came back with wonderful suggestions. Izzy also was so sweet. She gave me more suggestions and was also knowledgeable. Despite my many questions which they kept answering they helped me with a huge smile. I ended up buying a travel mascara, lash curler, concealer, and lipstick for my upcoming trip. I would 100% come back to learn more about skin care, and makeup.

In the past, I haven’t had much luck with this Ulta location. However, after meeting with Ireana & Izzat, I can truly say I LOVED my experience. Both makeup consultants were knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what I was asking for. And if I didn’t like something they tested on me, they were motivated & determined to find me what I was looking for. As a darker skinned person, I struggle with color matching & they were experts in my color undertones & finding brands that were compatible with my skin color while giving me the finish / type of coverage — can’t say enough about these two!

Ireana did an amazing job waxing my brows. She took her time and was meticulous and even showed me how to enhance my brows myself. On top of that, she is incredibly sweet!

Extremely uncivil and unprofessional behavior by the staff. The store was about to close and we were told very rudely not to ask any further questions.

As a longtime patron of ULTA, I've appreciated their consistent discounts and variety of products. However, my recent encounter with the Parsippany location left me thoroughly disappointed.This marked my first time opting for in-store pickup at Parsippany, prompted by Dyson's enticing offer for diamond or platinum members. I eagerly ordered the Dyson Corrale flat iron. Unfortunately, upon inspection at home, several glaring issues arose:1. The product's box lacked the expected plastic wrapping, raising concerns about its condition.2. Upon opening, I discovered unsightly fingerprints and grease on the heated plates, suggesting prior use or mishandling.3. Furthermore, the charging cable was disorganized, adding to the overall dissatisfaction with the purchase.My disappointment with the Parsippany staff is paramount. Selling an evidently opened and faulty item reflects poorly on their attention to quality and customer satisfaction. Given the inconvenience of the situation, compounded by the fact that I reside far from Parsippany, I had no choice but to seek a replacement at another ULTA location.Such a disappointing experience tarnishes my perception of ULTA's commitment to delivering quality products and services.I completely forgot to take a picture of the flat iron but I took a picture of the cables.

Last time I went to get my daughter’s haircut I asked them that if olaplaex hair treatment is good for my natural black hair and hairstylist told me that it’s only for blonde hair? But when I checked the brand they do have amazing hair products for black hair. Confusing ?

Hair stylist Michelle has been doing my hair for over 15 years listens to what I want & delivers , I would highly recommend her, the atmosphere in Ulta is comfortable & very clean, staff very helpful

I followed Michelle here from another salon, she is excellent. She spends a lot of time with me and always works hard to get it right, I feel like she hears what I’m asking for and always delivers! I wouldn’t trust anybody else

Michele Rizzo has been cutting and styling my hair for more than 20 years. She is excellent at what she does and one of the nicest people you will meet. I have recommended her to many people and everyone leaves happy!!
