I had to close my account because of fraudulent charges. The manager at the TD Bank in Green Brook was extremely helpful. I sent her a thank you letter. In it I mentioned that my pension check direct deposit would go to the closed account, and that I would have to wait until the 7th to ask them to resend it. This morning she called me to tell me that she called the pension plan to have it resent, and it should be in my account tomorrow, the 2nd. She went well beyond what I could have expected in providing services. Gail Gonzolez is an excellent manager and has an excellent staff.

Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT open an account with this nightmare of a bank. They're the most incompentent bank in America. The worst business decision I've ever made was opening a TD account. I'm closing my accountfirst thing tomorrow morning.

We received terrible customer service at TD Bank in Berkeley Heights, NJ - branch 884. Florita Lobiondo gave my husband a counterfeit $100 during a recent withdrawal. The "investigation" resulted in the manager Naveed Syed telling my husband he "didn't want to talk about it anymore" and that they wouldn't take responsibility for the fake money. Don't have your money at TD Bank if you want to keep it.

Td Banks assistance Manager was very rude and unhelpful no care or concern when I visited the flatlands location to pick up my bank card. The assistance Manger lied to my face and said her boss wasn't there and was unavailable when infact he was there Carol is her name. Why would I allow a bank who represents lies by there employees to hold my money they should change there name to Can't Trust.

Garbage bank. My account has been locked because of there garbage account security and than they have the balls to charge me a maintenance fee!They know I want to close it but there branch reps are so incompetent

I have just spoke to Regina which stated she was a supervisor. She clearly has no compassion as she smacked on some food. I have been waiting for my check to clear that I deposited on Tuesday and was told 1 to 3 business days just to be told 3 to 5 someone is clearly not doing their job because I am still unable to withdraw from my account.....Horrible bank

Only because 0 is not an option. Lodi nj no access to the restroom. Really. Most inconvenient. Manager never there. No phone number on the corporate website so corporate review is as such. Convenience is easy access. Not make you wait on the TD hotline and not have a corporate phone number. Last bank to open inside lobby and no restroom. Pretty inconvenient.
