Recently had a torrential downpour and my wife’s car had a loose heat shield due to this. I was hesitant to take it to other mechanics because when the work isn’t much they will try to upsell or use your lack of knowledge of cars against you. All we needed was the heat shield to be bolted back on, and they delivered on that. My wife took her car in, they took the car right away, they did the work and my wife was out of there in less than 20 mins without the usual hassle and discomfort of other mechanics trying to get more out of you. Honesty in this type of economy is highly appreciated. We will definitely be back with our cars. Thank you guys so much.

My friend had a terrible experience with this service center. They charged triple the amount for essential services. I would not recommend this service center to anyone from the Jersey location.

Everything was great the first time I visited, except the problem that was fixed came back 5 months later. On the second visit, there were communication challenges trying to schedule the repair. The part availability which made me reschedule to come another day was not yet ordered for that day.

Honest service and competative prices! I came in for a vehicle inspection which they took care of promptly. They recommended new rear brakes, which I already knew were wearing low. There was no pressure, and when I asked for a quote it was a very competative price. I appreciate the team here!

Steve's autobody was honest in their dealing with me regarding my 2009 Honda Accord. Whereas the dealership told me that the vehicle needed over $2300 of repairs to fix a computer glitch issue related to the Anti-Lock Break system, Steve fixed the glitch for $0. Given that he could've easily charged several hundred dollars for this procedure yet he did not, due to the fact that there was nothing actually wrong with the vehicle, demonstrated the honesty of this establishment.

Popped in for a quick inspection. Be still my little obsessive compulsive heart, they completely cleaned the old inspection sticker off and perfectly placed the new one! No line, no disgruntled dmv employees, just efficient, friendly service!
