Brian was incredible. He arrived on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and fixed our dishwasher in less than 1/2 an hour. We are now using it, and it is working perfectly.

The technician was both professional and extremely technical in replacing parts of the washing machine. The technician was customer service oriented and answered whatever questions we had. The technician communicated from beginning to end,including time of arrival from his prior call.

Technician advised us by phone of his arrival time. (We were his first stop.) He explained briefly what had to be done. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He was in and out in less thanthirty minutes. He was cordial and friendly.

John has been working on my Microwave for 2 months. They sent me defective parts. He is the most caring repairman I've ever met, and I am 77 years old. You can actually see and hear how much he cares when you talk to him. He is always helpful and courteous. Today the fourth set of parts finally all worked. My Microwave is finally working correctly and completely. I think he was even more excited than me. I will always ask for him. There is no one better.

David, was very knowledgeable about the product and provided a good concise assessment on the potential problem and he was spot on with his assessment and repair. Also made informed recommendations with going preventative care to the snow blower that I found helpful.
