Went here a day before EID and the staff was so helpful. They had a lot of options in different dresses and brands. Farheena in particular helped my mom pick out dresses virtually. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever my family needs something.

Finding the right attire for a Pakistani wedding when you know nothing about the culture or customs can be nerve racking… but shopping here was such a pleasant experience. The staff greeted us warmly, steered us toward styles & colors to stay away from, offered age appropriate styles, different pricing options, etc. If you’re like me and need help… do not hesitate. The shop staff will make you feel at ease. I recommend!

Maria and Aqsa were amazing. They helped me pick out dresses for my fiancé and waistcoat for myself. They gave a personal touch to things. Love their service. I would recommend Salai Shop over other desi stores in the area.

Ordered a suit for Eid, opened the suit on the day of Eid to see a yellow stain on the front of the suit. (Which is my bad, I should’ve checked as soon as I got it)
Messaged them as soon I opened it, with tags still on, and have heard nothing back.
Buy in store if you really have to. By the looks of it they’re known for poor customer service.

Their return policy really sucks! I ordered two perfumes and wanted to return or exchange and they said they won’t return perfumes. So don’t waste your money! Learned a big lesson from the mistake
