I have been a customer of Premium Digital Office Solutions for several years now. I did not realize how bad my prior service was until I changed. From the moment you get on the phone with Premium you understand you are dealing with professionals. They guide you every step of the way leaving no detail unaddressed. From picking out the right machine for your use. To where the machine will be located in your office. Free standing, desk mount etc. Never once did I feel as though I was being sold. I truly feel that Premium cares about me as a customer, long term. Their service department is top notch as well. Very accessible and responsive. I could not be happier.

I came across Premium Digital at a networking event I attended. Right away, I was struck by the way that they were not the typical salesman kind of company. The kind you’d try to avoid when you saw those calls or emails. You can genuinely trust them to do what’s best by you and make choices that make sense for your business. They are very methodical and thoughtful in their approach to providing you the best options, products, and value. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

At first we seeked out Premium Digital Office Solutions to fulfill our copier, fax and scanner needs. Van and Al took the time and set a plan in motion to place the equipment which suited us best. They were also able to assist us with other printing and products to help our office run more efficiently. I highly recommend them.
