Change too much money for repairs the car will charge more money if you car is in accident and you look at the car they call the police and they will toll the vehicle you can not drive it dogs are cute

As its name says, the place is! Peace of mind regarding your mechanical vehicle needs. You can tell there is a different culture in that place. Other than Jim and Gloria at the front, you can tell the good culture vibe on their technical team as well! My first experience, saw a couple guys from the technical team, they both very polite.
Is what I call a culture of excellence!

Great work and service, the work on my BMW was done ahead of the time promised and at a much lower price since in the end a part wasn’t really needed, very honest shop, Jim calls you along the way to inform you of the initial diagnostic, he is a gentleman. I have found a new local mechanic.

The towing service doesn't know the proper steps to ensure a tire thats flat doesn't receive further damage.This company was dispatched to my residence thru a vehicle protection policy I have.I went to get leave when I noticed my tire warning ⚠️ was indicating a flat rear tire.Peace of mind was sent to my home, the driver in from PA. He pulled my car onto a flatbed without making an assessment, or attempting to fill it or put the spare on. He pushed it off the flatbed into a spaceThis resulted in damage to the inside walls of the tire. I had to purchase another. Please note my tires were 1.5 yrs old.They refuse to take responsibility for the damage. I did not drive on a flat tire, the tow driver did by pulling and removing the car.I called several tow services and they confirmed the proper protocol based on safety of the driver.I wouldn't use this service. They clearly aren't pros.

This review is not meant to harm or cast a bad light on this business. It is just my experience, that I would like to share.I am a resident of the lake Parsippany area. I went in for a fuel pump replacement. My car is a 2003 Ford Taurus and it's expected that not every repair is straight forward.The total cost of the work was $1,033.86.Please research... the cost of a fuel pump for the make and model. The fuel pump, at max, would be $250. I was charged about $400 (That is rounding Down).The labor came to about $450.This is when it started to get uncomfortable. I did not receive a single phone call from anyone at the office, with any updates. The car was out of my possession for about 6-7 days (including the weekend/and one federal holiday possibly). Around day 4 or 5 I called the shopto request an update, and I was told that I needed new fuel tank straps, and that was an additional $180-ish...if you would... please look up the price of fuel straps for the make and model. I requested that they not touch the car and I will get the straps from AutoZone. Naturally, their response was, they already ordered the parts. This is not acceptable. Additional parts and labor should be discussed with the customer before the parts are ordered and work is done.When I finally retrieved my car, it was returned to me with a check engine light on... I know my car is old, but after two years of no check engine light, I was not feeling good about this.I think this business missed key opportunities to gain trust and build a rapport with a new customer. For that much money and a check engine light, you would think they would advise me of the check engine light and the code. These missed opportunities were not put to use. Instead, I'm writing this review, which is too long, but it needs to be said. Especially for people who feel vulnerable when it comes to their cars.PROS: The car worked. They had a friendly demeanor.

I would give negative 5 stars. I stopped by for Intoxalock calibration. The receptionist did not voiced a price which was twice more that I paid in other places. After calibration they told me pay or live car here and we will charge you for parking. Never go to this shop!

It was a place we went to check a car we wanted to sell, although even I am not his customer, I owe him a debt of gratitude for his interest. It is a place where you can go and trust without any hesitation..!

Jim and his crew are the real deal! I highly recommend them. I recently purchased a used car and Jim looked the whole car over and told me exactly what was wrong with the car and didn't even charge me. I highly recommend them!Services: Auto maintenance
