My experience at Paul Miller Subaru was great. Ingram was my salesperson and he was very communicative and worked with me every step of the way to find a deal we were both happy with. My car was extremely competitively priced, and Ingram explained every step and charge along the way. Jeremy the Finance Manager handled our paperwork quickly and the entire process was a breeze. Paul Miller Subaru made buying a car a simple headache free experience. Kayla and Sharon were great as well. I will be back and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease a car.

Love this dealership! I've personally gotten two cars through them, and they were highly recommended by multiple family members who have gotten cars here. Ingram Lewis was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They don't make you feel pressured while also laying out all your options for extra coverages and warranties.

I purchased my car with the help of Alex Kim a few weeks ago. He was very helpful through the entire process and helped me compare some models and get reasonable financing options. He sat down and talked about the benefits of many of the trims for the model that I wanted (Crosstrek), but was also very patient for the brief amount of time that I was sick and unable to get in there. I definitely recommend this place and recommend him as a salesman.

Absolutely dreadful avoid like the plague! Before I get into this I want to say that I have been here 4 times... FOR THE SAME PROBLEM.... they charge you more than DOUBLE MARKET VALUE. Then promise you discounts that NEVER show up on the bill. These people are all children PLAYING ADULT and in 4 visits couldn't manage to fix my problem, just charge me $1200 for a whole bunch of well this MIGHT WORK.... Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE for better service, cause if you go to Paul Miller for anything outside of warranty, you will get absolutely abused and lied to all for SUBPAR work all to just COME BACK IN A MONTH. Seriously these criminals are not even proper mechanics for how long the work will last you might as well get a Mechanics for Dummies book look at it for about 1 minute and then you will do better yourself! Cheers! <3

I purchased a 23 Crosstrek, great car just was never 100% happy with it. 18 months later, went back and traded up to a 24 Crosstrek. What a difference a year makes! Heba and Carlos are the best!!! Definitely definitely recommend this dealership. Every transaction is seamless and they go out of their way to make it work. Thank you!!!

Evidently they're not interested in selling cars. We walked in, looked around for about 10 minutes. Finally approached a desk with 2 females sitting and a tall man standing. I asked for information about one of their vehicles. The woman, begrudgingly repeated my question, you want some information? I said I'd like someone to show us the vehicle. She reluctantly took my name and said she'd fi d someone. My wife and I felt so unwelcome and we're to feel like we were intruding on thier day. We decided to just leave. Totally turned off of even looking any further at Subaru or considering a Subaru for our car purchase. We feel like we need to take a shower after visiting this "business".
