“Needed an MRI of my hand. The last place that I had it done was no longer doing extremity MRI's. A few of the imaging places that I contacted refused me because I am a wheelchair user (paraplegic) and I can not transfer from my wheelchair on my own. They would not offer any help. I am an old dinosaur, far from being in good health and I could not rely on my friends because they're in even worse shape than me. After searching the internet, I came across ImageCare in Denville, NJ. My first contact was with Lisa who is the sweetest, accommodating person that I've come across in a long time. I explained my situation to her and she said "let me see what I can do and I'll get back to you" A little while later, Lisa called me and said that in order for ImageCare to help me, she would tell the owners, Mike and his son Brian about my situation. After Lisa spoke to Mike and Brian, they agreed that I was going to get that MRI. I made an appointment for 3/2/21 and when I showed up, Mike and Brian were waiting there and the both of them picked me up out of my wheelchair and placed me on the non metallic chair in the MRI room. They struggled a little because you have to keep in mind that I am NOT a lightweight, but they got me in that chair. I met Laura the MRI tech who further reassured me and made me feel comfortable. After the procedure was done, Mike and Brian got me back into my wheelchair. You have to keep in mind that they didn't have to do what they did, but they did. Most people go into business to make money. I'm sure that Mike and his son Brian also did the same. However Mike and Brian are a little extra special because they were willing to help someone in need and less fortunate than others. I salute ImageCare with my Thanks to Lisa, Laura, Mike and Brian.. God bless these guys, they're good people.”

Caity (phlebotomist) is super - easily managed my tiny veins - painless and no bruise and got the job done.”

“Today I had ultrasound guided procedure performed here on the left shoulder. The young woman who guided me in and explained everything was fantastic beyond expectations. She was promptly joined by the two Doctors who performed the procedures. They all answered any and all questions and I felt comfortable in their care. Now enduring the rather painful recovery which I hope goes quckly. Overall positive experience thanks to the very knowledgeable, expert, caring staff. Now to see how it all turns out.”

“I have been here twice since I changed primary doctors. Since I took on Vanguard Medical group this past summer, I have been using Manhattan Labs because they partner with Vanguard. I like how you are in and out no matter what time of the day you go. Both times I have been here were different times. they greet you with manners. however, both times I have had a little bruising after the blood work but nothing to bad like I have seen in the past.”

“We used this faciliy twice. Both times the staff was courteous and easy going. Front desk processed the paperwork fast and got us inside right after. The waiting time after check in at the kiosk was a couple of minutes for each visitor. Have nothing to say but good things about this location. The only remark I have is for the Labcorp Corp- In the last couple of months they changed the hours of operation several times but did not update on the web. It's frustrating to get to another location in Livingston and see the sign on the printed paper stuck on the door that is CLOSED on Saturdays. I went on Google and suggested the new operating hours. Keep in mind that this location has changed it's hours too: M-F it's until 4:00PM and Saturday until 10:30AM.”
