My wife and I used this office for years because Tom was great. Since he left 2 years ago, this office has been terrible! They have been rude, untimely with responses and unable to provide clarity when there was a discrepancy in our tax return. We will definitely change tax preparation professionals going forward.

Absolutely the worst tax professionals I’ve ever worked with. The people were very unskilled entered my Social Security number wrong, even though it was listed in my paperwork, along with a copy of my Social Security card and three different places. Then they misspelled my daughter’s name only further, delaying my taxes being done. I was never told I’m sorry after I expressed down unhappy I was with this tax service.

I would not recommend using this location . I am sitting in front of the location waiting, I have a 10 an appt and no one is here . Totally unprofessional, No one speaks English. I also received a text confirming my appointment, Tom is longer at this location. Find another location to do your taxes . Rating is below zero

Tom of your Lake Hiawatha, NJ office is the best tax preparer. He is very professional, knowledgeable and explains everything to you. My family and I are extremely pleased with the service that he provides. He is an asset to Liberty Tax. I cannot say enough about Tom. I have referred my friends to him.

My husband dropped off our taxes months ago to have it prepared still to this day our taxes are unprepared we cannot even get a phone call return phone call back as to what has happened to our tax papers so much that we are going to have to Blink bring the police are on Friday because as far as I'm concerned this is theft we have reached out numerous times and to no avail we have given them more than enough time to reach back out to us and let us know that maybe something is wrong unfortunately we have not heard from anyone and we need our taxes back we're going to be charge late fees because of these people I would never ever use them again or recommend them to anybody
