My part was on backorder. I needed a loaner car, had the car for a week. Everything went great, my car was still under warranty and no charges to me.

Bob, my service manager was wonderful! He kept me updated on the status of my car for the duration it was there. He quickly answered any questions I had and returned all my phone calls quickly. The service team was able to pinpoint the issue and get my car back out on the road.

I must say my most recent encounters have been very pleasant and satisfactory compared to what I’ve experienced a year ago. I hope this trend continues for all customers.
