Got my iPhone screen replaced charge me $200 And put a five dollar screen on And half my phone won’t work Did not use a multi touchscreen so I can No longer zoom in Photos zoom in on my screen typing you have to double tap letters constantly if you want to get ripped off, this is the place to go not worn about any issues. Just said it would be fixed for $200 and it was a lie.

Did not use OEM parts as I paid for. The replacement screen for my phone is now darker, isn't oleophobic, and now it's slightly misaligned with the front facing camera. I even gave it a month or so to cook, but it's really annoying. On the bright side, the job was done quickly.

Kept saying she would call me with updates and never ended up calling. Couldn’t fix my computer which I don’t have an issue with but atleast tell me that instead of wasting my time for two weeks.

The screen on my Mrs Galaxy S20 went blank. Took it in and a few hours later…presto! New screen (not the glass, the hardware) was replaced and works again. Professional service from beginning to end. Thank you!
Coming back soon to fix my iPod and transfer data from old hard drives.??

still waiting...
dropped off an old Samsung tablet with replacement battery & usb port that I PROVIDED... paid 100 for labor... & was told a day or two...
OVER TWO WEEKS ago...
never once called to update... whenever i called for update, told "tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow" everytime... about to go scoop it back up & get a refund... jesus christ

Took my iPad in for repair. Went from a 2 day turnaround to over a month to repair! Never got updates along the way; I always had to call to find out what was going on. When I finally got the iPad back, the glass hadn’t been properly re-installed. Had to immediately go back to have it better installed. However, a couple weeks later, and the glass is now coming out, and coming unstuck; looks as if it was semi glued back on, and not really properly installed. I have barely touched the iPad since getting it back. So, the initial problem was fixed, but they ended up causing another problem, and didn’t fix it.

If I had to give this place a zero star review I would. The lady was rude about fixing my iPad that was broken. After that she couldn’t even fix it in fact made it worse. Would not recommend at all.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Brought my son’s iPad in to be repaired and they assured me they could handle the job and even promised it would be repaired by the end of the next business day. The first warning sign of what was to come should have been the fact that it actually ended up taking two days longer than they promised. We finally picked the “repaired” tablet up and my son was so excited to have his tablet back. After they gave it back to us and we gave it to our son he began to play on it. After a few minutes he came up to me and said “daddy I don’t think they fixed it correctly!” I proceeded to look at it and they had literally taped the new screen to the tablet and the new screen was coming off of the tablet itself! Literally was in worse shape after we got it from them then when we brought it in to them. They refused to refund us the money and we had to bring it to the Apple Store. The guy at the Apple Store literally thought I had tried to fix it myself at home when he saw that the screen was just scotch taped to the rest of the tablet. When I told him this was a “legit” tech store he laughed and said what’s the name of that place because I want to make sure none of my friends or family ever use that place. I’m telling you STAY AWAY!

Heather and Raman are great! They helped me reset my laptop after I forgot the password. I came back with a few days later with questions and Heather answered every question I had with kindness and patience, knowing that I am not technologically inclined.
